# contact.created

> Received when a contact is created.

Event triggered whenever a **contact was successfully created**.

    Contact's first name
  </ParamField>

  <ParamField body="last_name" type="string">
    Contact's last name
  </ParamField>

  <ParamField body="unsubscribed" type="boolean">
    Whether the contact has unsubscribed from all emails sent from your team
  </ParamField>
